High Five #18 - New horizons 🌅

It's week 36 of 2023, and this is my high five:
Last week, I began a new client project in the field of AI. My role involves designing a brand identity and potentially working on the web stuff as well. We're currently in the initial phase, defining the essence of the new brand. Afterward, we'll build the visual components. Watch out for updates I might share on socials (I shared one part of the mood board already).
I recently resumed my design team consulting after a brief break. I've just wrapped up two sessions, with one centered on personal management for designers. Our discussions covered various subjects like time management, daily/weekly/monthly routines, habits, multitasking, and stress management for designers in agency settings. I shared my insights and personal strategies that I believe can be beneficial.
It took me a while, but I'm finally building my first site in Framer. While I've mainly been a Webflow enthusiast, I've realized the value of expanding my toolkit. Learning Framer is not only about my personal growth; it's about offering more options to my clients. Each tool has unique strengths, and I want to be flexible in knowing both to cover different project needs.
I had a minute to experiment with visuals for the "High Five" brand. Nothing too complicated. I'm testing some ideas for a simple logo I could use here or on socials when a new post is out. I'm taking some inspiration from Figjam, where you can literarily do high five with cursors when collaborating with someone.
For the first time ever, LinkedIn became my secondary source of new project leads right after referrals. Interestingly, I have posted little to no design work lately, but still, many people got in touch with me there. I'm considering whether it's time to get more active there and squeeze the opportunity while it lasts.
